I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient being close to everything on the boardwalk, but I was disappointed to see the boardwalk itself was run down. The rooms offered a decent view, but the service was lacking, especially at check-in where my canceled reservation wasn't handled well. The dining options were enjoyable, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is located right on the boardwalk, across from the mini amusement park. The rooms are spacious with a jacuzzi and two beds but could use some improvements in housekeeping and spa services. The service could be more pleasant and efficient, especially at the reception desk and with the desk clerks. The dining options are varied and delightful, offering tasty American Bistro dishes.
